Today, I share my after workout meal if you don’t have a protein supplement try it.

50gm with 3egg whites eat only egg whites with the chicken after a workout it’s for muscle growth meal.

Note: if you digestion issue, don’t try it.

First, you make chicken cook 50gm only before a workout.
