Milk egg fish oil

Eat only egg white, with milk or add fish oil, 200gm mil, 2eggs white, or one fish oil capsule.

Note one capsule, tow three times per day preferably with a meal or as directed by the physician, but I suggest you one capsule, 3 or 5times per day.

High protein or good fats
Cow milk
